Awesome restaurant with great calamari! Highly recommend it when in Galissas and it was also recommended to us by our accommodation host. My wife also ordered a desert which did not disappoint (see photo:). Excellent professional staff, quick and alert.

Very interesting and bold approach to the greek cuisine. We had the most pleasant surprise in Syros. Great, tasty Greek food with a twist, enhanced by an attentive and relaxed service in a marvellous setting... A beautiful food experience Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Great greek food with a twist!! The courgette salad is out of this world! So many flavors! We also had the shrimps with orange, a unique combination and the traditional aubergines, which my friend (veg) really enjoyed! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was so relaxed and cosy. Definitely a restaurant to visit if you are at Galissas beach.

An excellent option that must visit once in Syros. Food is well prepared and tasteful A bit high on salt but that may be subjective Better have a big fish and before you have the pork at Iliovasilema. Once you taste the meat in olive oil and lemon pool you will remember me

I love fusion cuisine, and this restaurant is the perfect example of it! The food is absolutely amazing—full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Sitting right next to the stunning sea makes the experience even better. The staff is friendly, professional, and adds to the warm atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit!

We had the pleasure of dining at Iliovasilema for two nights in a row — and every dish was truly exceptional. The cuttlefish risotto was deep and comforting, the “fish-style hünkar beğendi” a delightful surprise, and the zucchini salad simply unforgettable. Compliments to the chef for such thoughtful, elegant flavors — every plate was a joy. A special thanks to Zeynep, who welcomed us with a warm smile and perfect service — it was so heartwarming to meet a fellow Turkish soul on this beautiful Greek island.
